Any member of Girlguiding can present a Thanks Badge as long as they’ve discussed it with a Leader or Commissioner.

Anglia/County Thank You Certificate and Badge

The certificate and badge are designed to thank any member, adult or child, or non-member who has positively impacted Guiding. There are no parameters or criteria for this particular certificate as everyone deserves a thank you.
